Trade Account Terms

Trade Accounts are available to genuine business customers, including but not limited to:

• Approved quotation

Payment terms will be agreed when the Trade Account is approved.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before goods are dispatched.

Where credit terms are approved, invoices must be paid by the agreed due date.

Credit facilities are available only to approved customers and remain subject to satisfactory credit checks and ongoing account performance.

Trade customers have access to the same delivery services as standard customers unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Large-volume and pallet deliveries may be arranged where appropriate.

Returns for Trade Account customers are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, unless alternative written agreements are in place.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application before purchase.
