It is up to us if we want to remove, add or upgrade our websites services or products at anytime. Whitedrop has the right to either discontinue some of the terms permanently or temporarily without notifying you. The terms and conditions for the company’s products are within Whitedrop’s sole discretion. The payment is received before the company’s acceptance of an order placed by you. The payment is usually made either by credit/debit card or another approved payment method such as PayPal. The company has the right to cancel any order due to no payment or incomplete information provided.
Payment must be made according to the rates written on our website including the applied taxes when submitting your order. Upon payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your order. In the rare event that the offer confirmed differs from the order placed, we would ask you to contact us immediately to ensure the correct order is and processed and dispatched to you. It’s clearly stated that you don’t need to assume any change or cancellation in the order unless you receive an stating so via the email address provided on the company’s website. When your order is dispatched, you will receive and email with shipping estimates and tracking information for your order.
6. Shipping and Returns:
Delivery
We offer free shipping to our customers in the UK. We also offer 24hr delivery at an additional cost for customers opting for quicker delivery.
We guarantee same day despatch for all stocked products ordered as follows: Online Orders Order before 4pm, Monday to Thursday and before 3:30pm, Friday.
Email Orders Order before 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and before 3:30pm, Friday.
We do offer worldwide shipping. Please see options in checkout. Delivery time frames are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for any postage delays after orders are dispatched by ourselves.
Returns
Our company policy states that customers have a 14 day window from the date of delivery to return goods back to us. The refund process will be terminated if goods arrive back with us in used, unsaleable condition or not in their original packaging.

In the rare instance there is a pricing error and it remains unsolved after your order is dispatched to you, then Whitedrop will reimburse the card used for the specific order.
